Chiranjeevee Pokhrel, Monday, November 30, 2015 – Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP)’s Vijendra Gupta was forcibly taken away by marshals inside Delhi Assembly. He claims that remaining two BJP Members of Legislative Assembly (MLA)s in the House were planning to speak on Lokpal Bill being tabled an important issue. And, that’s when the speaker protested against the fact, he brought up a suspension of his party colleague OP Sharma who had been suspended of post from Delhi Assembly.   Mr. Gupta showed a unethical behaviour in the House by up-roaring in sword words. He was initially asked to stay out by 4 p.m. However, he continued showering the sword-words up-roaring over their party colleague OP Sharma’s expulsion. Last week BJP legislator O.P. Sharma had been suspended by the Speaker because of his critical attitude towards ruling Alam Aadmi Party legislator Alka Lamba.   Mr Gupta started the old issue against the lady legislator Alka Lamba and his colleague’s expulsion in the House. Speaker Ram Niwas Goel, at first, asked to stay out of the House by 4 p.m. Ultimately, the Speaker ordered the expulsion of Mr. Gupta when he continued up-roaring with sword-words without bothering the speaker’s words. After the order of the Speaker, marshals forcibly tried to take Mr. Gupta out of the House. The above video shows that Gupta applies his full effort to resist his expulsion. He resists much effort by catching the bench but cannot.   He seemed not to be stopped flowing sword-words even when he was in marshals’ grips. Mr. Gupta, before his expulsion, accused the Speaker Goel of being partial as he did not take any action against AAP members when they assaulted three BJP Legislators.Mr. Gupta said his eviction was unjustified as there were some important business issues including Janlokpal Bill to be tabled. BJP member Jagdish Pradhan also quit the House right after Mr. Gupta’s expulsion. BJP legislator Om Prakash Sharma had already been suspended by the House Speaker for the rest of the session due to his remarks against AAP legislator Alka Lamba.   Earlier some lady legislators of Alam Aadmi Party had accused Mr. Sharma of using insulting words against Ms. Lamba next time during a protest today. This time, the women legislators had demanded his permanent expulsion from the House and police action against him. An instance shows yet there is impartiality in the House as AAP legislator Pankaj Pushkar was also suspended till Nov. 30. According toThe Times of India (powered by INDIA TIMES), the Lokpal Bill 2015 had been cleared by Delhi government on Wednesday, 18th November, 2015.
