Because of irregular and polluted eating habits, gastric has become a very common problem. Gastric is caused due to regular constipation and other reasons. People with gastric suffer with different problems like headache, backache, stomachache, chest pain etc. But the main reasons for gastric are some habits and irregular eating habits. Some common symptoms of gastric are listed below:
1. Vomiting
2. Continuous hiccup

Below are listed some ways to prevent gastric:
Drinking water:
Drinking less water is a huge reason for this problem. A person should drink 8 glasses of water in a day even if they have gastric or not.
Ginger:
Ginger is also a very good medicine for gastric. Adding small piece of dried ginger in tea can ease the discomfort of gas.
Papaya:
Beta keratin are found in papaya. It also has component that promotes fast metabolism. It also has an enzyme called Pepin. It is very beneficial for body. If you have problem of gas eat very less meal and eat papaya with black salt.
Mint:
Chewing the leaves of mint or drinking mint tea can help get rid of gastric.
Pepper:
Gastric can also be cured by eating a mixture of powdered pepper and honey.
